Shipping

Shipping conditions may vary depending on the destination and availability of our products.

The usual estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 48/72 hours with standard shipping and 24/48h with premium shipping. This starts counting in working days from the time the order is placed.

The delivery time for international orders is 3-5 days to Europe, 5-11 days to America, 6-11 days to Asia and from 9 days to Russia.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In addition, all lead times may be affected during special periods such as Christmas, Black Friday or sales due to the high volume of shipments.

Custom orders may have a 14 day lead time and Team Heretics reserves the right to a shipping time of up to 30 days in the event of stock issues or incidents.

Poufs shipments in the peninsula have a margin of 7 to 9 working days and shipping costs are free.

Standard: home delivery and under signature of the addressee. Extensive worldwide coverage and Correos guarantees.

Premium: urgent shipments with greater security and deliveries under the recipient's signature. Exceptional Correos guarantees and incident management.

Registered letter: shipments up to 2kg with delivery between 1 and 4 days for domestic orders and 5-15 days for international orders. Guarantee and delivery under signature of the addressee. Domestic shipments.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To exchange or return a product you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product or your purchase in the physical store. Items must be in perfect condition and unused, along with their original packaging and tags.

Returns of online orders cannot be delivered to the physical store. In addition, we do not accept exchanges or returns of personalized products (T-shirt with nickname, poufs, etc.).

Print the return and exchange form, fill it out and insert it in the package or bring it to the store at the time of return.

Send the product with a courier service. You are responsible for proving that the items have been returned so we recommend that you always send your returns by a system that certifies delivery.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. In the case of a size exchange, the first shipment will be paid by the customer and the new one by Team Heretics.

Once they arrive at our facilities within the indicated period, we will check that the products meet all the specifications of the Return Policy and we will manage the exchange/refund.

The refund will be implemented as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS

In the case of wrong products or with any damage we will proceed to refund the full amount according to the same method of payment chosen by the customer within a maximum period of 14 days. To do this you can contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the product, through the contact email merchandising@teamheretics.com indicating the error or defect along with your personal data and order.
